Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

PepSpex LLC sells research-use-only materials. Shipping, packaging, storage, and return rules are designed to protect product integrity, documentation, and compliance.

PepSpex LLC operates solely as a supplier of research-use-only materials and does not ship products for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, dietary supplement use, or household use.

Shipping Availability

PepSpex LLC currently expects to ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated at checkout. Some products, destinations, or order types may be unavailable due to legal, carrier, supplier, weather, inventory, or compliance limitations.

PepSpex LLC may refuse or cancel any order that cannot be shipped safely, lawfully, or consistently with research-only use.

Processing Time

Processing times may vary by product availability, order volume, compliance review, supplier handling, weather, holidays, carrier capacity, and payment verification.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing for a specific order.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Some research materials may require temperature-conscious packaging or expedited shipping. Packaging methods may vary by product, season, origin, destination, carrier route, and supplier process.

Customers are responsible for:

PepSpex LLC is not responsible for product compromise caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery, carrier hold, delayed retrieval, unauthorized forwarding, or storage after delivery.

Damaged, Missing, Incorrect, or Compromised Orders

If an order arrives damaged, missing items, incorrect, thawed when cold-pack protection was required, or otherwise visibly compromised, contact info@pepspex.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

PepSpex LLC may request additional information before approving a replacement, credit, or refund.

Returns

Because products are research materials and may be temperature-sensitive, returns are generally not accepted after shipment. This protects chain of custody, product integrity, and research-use-only compliance.

Do not return any product unless PepSpex LLC provides written authorization and return instructions.

Refunds, Credits, and Replacements

PepSpex LLC may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund when an order issue is verified. The available remedy may depend on product type, documentation, inventory, supplier review, carrier investigation, and timing of the claim.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless PepSpex LLC determines that the shipping issue was caused by PepSpex LLC or its fulfillment partner.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@pepspex.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment, been packed, been assigned tracking, or shipped may not be cancelable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, routing, security, address issues, or other factors outside PepSpex LLC’s control. PepSpex LLC may require completion of a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement, credit, or refund for a lost package.
